At Venus Nail Art Supplies, the complete satisfaction of our customers is our top priority. Check out some of our frequently asked questions below to get the information you’re looking for. Contact us with any other thoughts or questions.

What is your RETURN POLICY?

  • Returns will be accepted for 21 days after receipt of item/s.

  • Returns must be in original condition and packaging.

  • Returns are considered on a one to one case basis.  Please contact admin@venusnailartsupplies.com.au or mobile 0414 769467 to seek authorisation of return.

  • Return item/s to: Venus Nail Art Supplies, 37 Mission Drive, Tallai Qld 4213

  • Postage costs for returned item/s is/are at the customers' expense.  However, a full refund, including shipping, will be available in the instance of major faults/defects as per Australian Consumer Law.

  • Any item/s lost or damaged in transit will not be processed for refund/exchange.  We strongly recommend trackable shipping/insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of items.

What is your REFUND POLICY?

  • Refunds will be processed once item/s is/are received, inspected and approved.  An email will be sent to the customer to confirm approval, or otherwise.

  • Refunds will be credited in the same method as payment was received.

  • Refunds do not include any shipping costs, unless items were deemed to have major faults/defects, as per Australian Consumer Law.

What is your EXCHANGE POLICY?

  • Exchanges will be granted upon receipt of item/s. (Please refer to our RETURN POLICY).

  • If an exchange item is not available, please refer to our REFUND POLICY.

What is your SHIPPING POLICY?

  • Venus Nail Art Supplies only ships within Australia at this stage.

  • All orders are shipped in 1-3 working days, unless otherwise advised, or if your order contains back ordered items., in which case, please allow up to 4 weeks for delivery.  Customers will be fully updated as there are any updates.

  • Orders should be expected within 3-7 days, please contact us if you do not receive your order within this time frame, so that we can track you items. (email: admin@venusnailartsupplies.com.au or mobile number 0414 769467),

  • Free domestic shipping for orders over $150, excludes discounts or postage fees.

  • Express Post Satchels: if you require assistance for weight and size restrictions, please contact us at admin@venusnailartsupplies.com.au or mobile number 0414 769467 to confirm.  If there is a price adjustment, a fresh Invoice will be issued.
