Refund policy

Returns

  • Returns will be accepted for 21 days after receipt of item/s.

  • Returns must be in original condition and packaging.

  • Returns are considered on a one to one case basis.  Please contact admin@venusnailartsupplies.com.au or mobile 0414 769467 to seek authorisation of return.

  • Return item/s to: Venus Nail Art Supplies, 37 Mission Drive, Tallai Qld 4213

  • Postage costs for returned item/s is/are at the customers' expense.  However, a full refund, including shipping, will be available in the instance of major faults/defects as per Australian Consumer Law.

  • Any item/s lost or damaged in transit will not be processed for refund/exchange.  We strongly recommend trackable shipping/insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of items.


Refunds (if applicable)

  • Refunds will be processed once item/s is/are received, inspected and approved.  An email will be sent to the customer to confirm approval, or otherwise.

  • Refunds will be credited in the same method as payment was received.

  • Refunds do not include any shipping costs, unless items were deemed to have major faults/defects, as per Australian Consumer Law.


Exchanges

  • Exchanges will be granted upon receipt of item/s. (Please refer to our RETURN POLICY).

  • If an exchange item is not available, please refer to our REFUND POLICY.
